The Romanian Rugby Team

We went to the Showgrounds to see the Romanian Rugby team. They had blue uniforms. They told us it was summer and it was 40 degrees there at the moment and that is very HOT.
They told us it took 32 hours to fly to New Zealand. We had our photo taken with them. They were cool!

EOTC 2011

We visited Peel Forest to go for a walk in Denistoun Bush and The Big Tree walk.

Kiwisports

We have been playing Ripper Rugby with the big people from the Ashburton College.
Our coaches are Tessa, Bridget, Rachel and Will.

We have a Red team and a Yellow team. The Red team try to get our Yellow tags and we run away from them!

Will taught us how to throw a rugby ball.

The Caterpillar Tree

Hello from Room 6. At the beginning of the term we found caterpillars on this tree outside the office. We were very excited and watched the big fat caterpillars turn into chrysalis and then butterflies.

We look for little and big caterpillars every day!
